Delaware North’s Creative Studio and marketing teams take home six American Advertising Awards

Delaware North’s Creative Studio and marketing teams earned six American Advertising Awards (AAAs) at the 2025 Buffalo American Advertising Awards hosted by Buffalo’s American Advertising Federation (AAF) Club. Affectionately known as the ADDYs, the awards are the U.S. advertising industry’s largest and most representative competition, attracting more than 25,000 entries annually in local AAF competitions to celebrate the creative spirit of excellence in the art of advertising.

Austin Vibes, Delaware North’s integrated brand campaign for its retail and operations at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, received a Gold AAA. The creative billboards at corporate headquarters in Buffalo received a Silver AAA in the Single Medium Campaign category.

Delaware North’s Creative Studio took home six total AAAs – two gold and four silver – for collaborative campaigns for several company divisions, including Parks and Resorts, Patina Restaurant Group and Travel, as well as the corporate brand:

  • Art Direction Campaign (Gold) – brand videos for Paseo & Céntrico at Downtown Disney in California, supported by Ben Palmeri, art director; Alison Giunta, senior graphic designer; Michelle Griffee, graphic designer; Daniel Agre, videographer; Sarah Shapiro, project manager; Colleen Costello, marketing manager, Patina; and Catherine Leitner, vice president, brand.
  • Integrated Brand Identity Campaign (Gold) – Austin Vibes, Delaware North retail offerings at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, supported by Mark Valkwitch, senior art director; Jamie Ruminski, senior graphic designer; Casey Nichols, visual merchandising manager; Wes Trump, senior director, Brand Environments & Merchandising; and David Helms, director, Brand Environments & Merchandising.
  • Campaign, Single Medium (Silver) – Buffalo billboards near corporate headquarters, supported by Lindsay Truesdell, director, partnership marketing, and the Creative Studio.
  • Website Redesign, Consumer (Silver) – Space 220 at Walt Disney World’s EPCOT in Florida, supported by Jeff Bucki, lead copywriter; Collin Corcoran, senior graphic designer; Kyle Collins, marketing director, Patina; Tom Binga, web developer; Maria Corrales, director, digital marketing; Palmeri and Shapiro.
  • Integrated Brand Campaign (Silver) – Niagara Falls State Park New York City activation, supported by Christina Fisher, senior art director; Kyle Toth, videographer; Shelby Budler, marketing director, Parks; and Scout Albertson, marketing manager, Parks; Leitner and Bucki.
  • Publication Design (Silver)Crafted Comfort Cookbook, supported by RafiQ Flowers, art director; Crystal Golembiewski, graphic designer; Senior Copywriters Ashley Segal and Maggie Yanko; Lissa Rausch, director, brand; and Meg Burget, senior project manager.

The Buffalo awards are the first of a three-tier, national AAF competition.
